This adds substantial cost to the treatment as it is very time consuming. This is your time and your money and there are considerable savings to be made if you or a friend or relative can carry out this essential part of the contract. If you do decide to clean the loft out yourselves you must ensure that you wear the appropriate PPE for the associated risk.
My treatments are covered by a ten year guarantee which can be backed up by an independent third party guarantee. This is subject to an additional cost.
